What We Do

What We Do

We develop our own projects and are open to co-development opportunities with strong local partners.

We combine project development, project finance, and technical expertise to turn complex ideas into investable, real-world assets — working closely with governments, utilities, DFIs, and private investors.

Our Expertise

Our Focus

Floating Solar on Hydropower Reservoirs

We develop utility-scale FPV on existing hydropower reservoirs, hybridising solar with hydro to stabilise generation, optimise water use, and add dispatchable capacity without consuming land. Hybridisation allows the operator to preserve water during sunny hours and dispatch hydro at higher value, turning the underlying asset into a more flexible and higher-revenue facility. Existing dam infrastructure (substations, transmission, access roads) keeps grid connection costs low and accelerates time to financial close.

Floating Solar on Lagoons and Lakes

We also develop FPV on coastal lagoons and underutilised lakes, particularly where they sit close to urban demand centres and existing transmission corridors. Lagoons across West and Central Africa — Lac Togo, the Ébrié lagoon, sections of the Beninese and Nigerian coast — offer large, calm water surfaces immediately adjacent to load, with no agricultural land-use conflict and minimal evacuation cost.

Complementary Technologies

Where they strengthen system economics or grid stability, we integrate battery storage (BESS), ground-mounted solar, and wind alongside our floating solar projects. The objective is system performance, not technology preference — each project is structured to deliver firm, dispatchable, bankable output to the offtaker.

Clean Infrastructure Platform

Building a scalable floating solar platform across Africa, prioritising markets with acute power deficits or heavy fossil-fuel dependence. Designed to attract long-term capital, institutional investors, and leading technology partners.

Co-development Opportunities

We welcome co-development partnerships, particularly with strong local developers who bring essential market knowledge and stakeholder relationships.
